I have always been sensitive to life’s transitions and interested in the inner world below the surface. My training and life experience has made me a skilled guide in assisting others to navigate their own inner spaces. I enjoy working with both men and women who are looking for more meaning and clarity in their lives.

  • Life transitions
  • Meaninglessness
  • Grief and loss
  • Existential fear and anxiety
  • Intuitive and highly sensitive people
  • Life limiting and terminal illness
  • Mid-life
  • Motherhood
  • Non-ordinary, mystical, and spiritual experience

I received my Master’s in Social Work in 2005. Originally trained as a hospice social worker, I discovered my true passion lies in depth psychotherapy. Building upon my previous experience in social work and private practice therapy, I am currently a diploma candidate at the CG Jung Institute in Zurich, a four-year program to become a Jungian Analyst. In addition, I also draw on nearly 20 years of Tibetan Buddhist practice, 16 years of marriage and 15 years of motherhood. I would be honoured to assist you on your path toward healing and deeper meaning.
